Counselling & Therapy

Hannah Kenter

Welcome

Welcome, I’m Hannah, and I offer a heartfelt approach to supporting you to become more of who you want to be in the world. I’m a fully qualified and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (PGDip MBACP). I am trained and experienced to support you with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, attachment healing, sexuality (LGBTQIA+ affirmative), life changes and much more. I’m passionate about collaborating with my clients to discover new ways forward in life. I offer a space for you to feel deeply accepted, while offering approaches that encourage change and growth. Having a deep love of wild nature and having worked therapeutically in an Ecotherapy setting I also offer Outdoor Therapy at an iconic nature reserve in Mid Wales.

Contact me today for a 20 minute no cost consultation at hannah@naturerestoresyou.co.uk.

How I can support you

I’m trained and experienced to support you with traumatic experiences, inner conflict, and struggles with life so that you can move forward with greater ease and fulfilment. Furthermore, I can support your exploration of meaning, purpose, and personal growth.

I specialise in depth work, which means that I support you not only to cope with life’s struggles but to uncover the underlying causes of these difficulties which may stem from past experiences that are still affecting you in the present. These past experiences may include painful relationship with caregivers, partners, family, culture or society.

During our work together I help you to recognise the unique ways that you have found to navigate life. No one else has walked your path before or faced your exact challenges. Which is why I encourage self-acceptance and celebration of all aspects of yourself. Crucially, in our work together I also support you to discover and embrace new aspects of yourself, the qualities of which can bring personal growth and transformation.

I don’t offer fixes in therapy, that’s not how true growth happens, I offer compassion, guidance and techniques to help evoke change from within you. I believe that each person has their own inner wisdom and when you are able to connect to that it becomes easier to find your way forward and to enjoy life.

I deeply recognise that societal, cultural or global issues affect the well-being of each of us and our capacity to live authentically. The challenges you face may also be symptoms of systemic forces and oppression, together we will explore the impacts of this.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and being with you on your enriching journey. You are welcome to contact me with any questions or to arrange a no-cost 20-minute video call consultation call to find out more.
